AI Maturity Assessment
A fully online, self-paced assessment completed independently by members of your leadership team. Each person completes the assessment in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. The resulting AI Maturity Report shows readiness across the five RAISE pillars, prioritized gaps, recommended next steps, and areas where leadership perspectives differ.

AI Transformation Roadmap
A guided planning experience that turns leadership knowledge, operating realities, AI opportunities, and readiness evidence into a sequenced, evidence-labeled Roadmap focused on three process-level transformation opportunities uncovered through the Journey. During the Founding Partner Program, the Journey takes place through two 60-minute and one 30-minute live, AI-guided sessions facilitated by Tier8. The Roadmap is delivered within a few business days, followed by a 30-minute debrief. The AI Maturity Assessment is included and can be completed by up to six leaders.
